Innovation and Execution

Some clients want to complete the frontend executive leadership consulting and workshops but are not ready for a full rollout of a large-scale business transformation, or they want to use in-house talent to run design and implementation teams.

For this situation, we offer coaching and thinking partner advisory services for key executives with biweekly scheduled sessions and an on-call thinking partner to provide advice on the transformation or corporate performance improvement initiative.

In a later section, we have provided an Innovation and Execution Roadmap as generalized guidance on requirements typical of a full-on, large-scale business transformation.

Foundation Workshops

Executive Work Conferences

The Executive Work Conference is designed as a highly interactive working session to support the executive leadership team in assessing the company’s strengths and weaknesses and defining a strategy and roadmap for achieving the team’s transformation objectives.

Integral Change® LLC’s consulting team will conduct a pre-workshop assessment including:

  • Environmental Scan
  • Organizational & Cultural Assessment
  • Interviews with company executives, stakeholders and employee focus groups to get their views on the company’s current state.
  • Design a custom workshop based on the assessment and CEO’s expectations. The multiday workshop covers the assessment findings and topics such as Design Thinking, the invention of a new business strategy and roadmap, communications strategy, and action plan to achieve the leadership team’s top priorities. This is a powerful way to begin an initiative to transform the organization.

Leadership Transformation Workshop

This workshop is designed for a senior leadership team or mid-level managers to build their leadership competencies, hone interpersonal relationship skills, and enhance the knowledge and skills critical for transformational leadership.

The workshop is built around a series of interesting and compelling experiential learning exercises focusing on such topics as inspiring others to action through personal example, collaboration and teamwork, enhancing coaching skills, understanding personal leadership styles and their impact on others, and the extent to which leaders live their most important values (e.g., integrity, forward-looking, supportive, fair-minded, and cooperative).

It is common for people to say that this workshop was one of the most important experiences they have ever had and for graduates to walk away feeling restored and more confident about life.

This workshop can be used to build teamwork for an intact team or to develop new competencies for people from different organizations.

Insight and Design Teams

The Insight and Design Team workshop teaches teams how to use tools like Design Thinking to innovate and create prototypes of concepts or tools that can be used in transforming specific processes, organization structures, leadership, customer experience, employee engagement, etc. The tools can also be used for problem-solving and rapid prototyping of proposed solutions.

The workshop will teach participants how to work as a team, how to influence others to adopt sound recommendations, and how they can, as individuals, provide leadership to the organization.

People enjoy these workshops, and what they learn can be applied to their day-to-day jobs.

Leadership Coaching

Upon request we offer 1:1 leadership coaching to complement leadership workshops or as a standalone learning experience for leaders and individual contributors who want to build new competencies, solve specific challenges, or invent new futures. Our coaching builds each individual’s confidence and capability to see the world anew and to shift their beliefs to encompass the stance that “I make a difference in the world.” New insights coupled with a commitment to business or personal development practices will lead to accomplishment of business goals and personal transformation.
